1. Your Files Never Leave Your Device

The image and PDF tools are designed to run entirely inside your web browser. All image compression, cropping, format conversion, background removal, PDF processing, and previews happen locally on your device.

• We do NOT upload your images or PDFs to any server.
• We do NOT store, copy, or back up your files.
• We do NOT view, analyze, or collect the contents of your files.
• We do NOT sell your files or use them for advertising.

The files you process stay on your device and are cleared when you close the browser tab. This is separate from the analytics and advertising cookies described in sections 2, 4, and 5, which never have access to your files.

2. What Information Is Collected?

We intentionally keep the data we handle to a minimum, but the free analytics and advertising services this site uses collect some information automatically.

We (ImageFixPro) never collect:

• Your images, PDFs, or any processed files
• EXIF metadata or the contents of your documents
• Names, email addresses, passwords, or account data (there are no accounts)

Collected automatically by Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and Google AdSense:

• Pages you view and the tools or buttons you interact with
• Scroll depth and general usage events
• Approximate location, device type, browser, operating system, and IP address
• Cookie and advertising identifiers used to measure traffic and to serve and personalize ads

3. Local-Only Processing

All operations — image compression, cropping, resizing, JPEG to PNG conversion, or background removal — are powered by JavaScript, WebAssembly, and HTML5 APIs directly inside your browser.

This ensures:

• Your images never leave your device.
• You can use the tool offline after first loading the page.
• Your data is as safe as your local computer.

4. Third-Party Services

No third-party service receives, sees, or processes your images or PDFs. We do, however, rely on two Google services to run the site, and each acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — used to understand which tools are used and how the site performs. They set cookies and process usage data, approximate location, and IP address. Data is used only in aggregate to improve the site.

Google AdSense — used to display ads that keep the tools free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads based on your browsing. Google may also use the DoubleClick cookie for this purpose.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info. For more information, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

These services DO NOT receive your uploaded images, PDFs, or file names.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Preferences — your last-used tool and similar options are saved with localStorage, which stays on your device and never contains personal data or file contents.
• Analytics — cookies set by Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager to measure traffic.
• Advertising — cookies set by Google and its partners through AdSense to serve and personalize ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads using the links in section 4. Blocking cookies does not affect the image or PDF tools, which run entirely on your device.

6. Data Security

Since your images never leave your device, the security of your files depends entirely on your local computer or mobile device.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Any advertising shown on this site is served by Google in accordance with its own policies.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
